Our Software Products and Associated Services framework is being renewed, but what does this mean for you?

Our frameworks are typically allocated a 4-year period from the day that they launch. Once the 4-year period comes to an end, it is time for us to renew the framework.

So how does this affect customers with existing contracts and those who plan to use the framework between now and the introduction of the renewal?

• Customers with existing contracts against Y20011 don’t need to do a thing, the contract they have with their awarded supplier remains unchanged and will continue against the framework that was accessed.
• Customers looking to direct award or further competition using the existing framework between now and the end date can continue to do so, as long as their order is placed with the awarded supplier by 31^st March 2024.
• Customers who are looking to conduct a further competition against the new framework, can already start to prepare their documents and specifications in time for the release of the new framework.
